I currently work for the MO Department of Mental Health / DD Division at the Kansas City Regional Office as a Quality Enhancement Lead. I supervise a team of Quality Enhancement Nurses and Quality Enhancement Specialists with a focus on health, safety, rights, quality of services, tracking/trending and data analysis. I have 26 years of experience with the DD Division / Kansas City Regional Office. Overall, I have 42 years of experience working with, supporting and advocating for people with disabilities. In addition this includes 25 years of management and supervisory experience and 30 years of my experience includes providing training, coaching / mentoring and consultation.
