Bio

Lisa serves as the Budget Program Director for the Department of Natural Resources. She and her team collaborate and oversee the development of the department's annual operating, capital improvement, and real estate budgets, and provide analysis, guidance, and recommendations to division and program staff and management on a variety of budget and funding issues. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lincoln University. She began her full-time career in the program in 2000 as a Budget Analyst, and was promoted to the director position in December, 2016.
