Chris Parr is a CJIS Program Manager for the Missouri State Highway Patrol, overseeing the statewide training program for National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and Missouri Uniform Law Enforcement System (MULES) user certification as well as the System Access Integrity Unit which works with user provisioning and record quality checking. Chris lives in Jefferson City with his wife Katy and enjoys travel and working as a semi-professional musician in his spare time.
