Charles joined the Missouri Apprenticeship team in March 2019 and serves an Apprenticeship Coordinator for the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development and works to help Missourians find pathways to higher education, meaningful careers, and hope using a time tested successful model and that is Apprenticeships. Charles spent 20 years serving in the US Navy as an aircraft mechanic, and Navy Instructor/Master Training Specialist. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management-Small Business from DeVry University and a Master of Science in Education-Learning Design and Technology from Purdue University.
