Lisa joined ITSD in May of 2015, bringing with her 15 years of IT experience in the private sector. In her time with ITSD, she was the Project Manager for multiple projects at the Department of Mental Health before accepting a position in the ITSD Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). With the EPMO, she provided project training, project oversight, and support to ITSD Project Managers. In January of 2019, she took on the role of Director of Project Intake. The Project Intake Office works with agencies at the beginning of their projects to help recommend the best solutions to meet their business needs. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from James Madison University.
