Samantha Dickey

As the Director of Strategic Initiatives, Samantha sets the vision and strategic direction for the Office of Postsecondary Policy and leads a number of initiatives to improve student’s college experience. She has been with the Missouri Department of Higher Education & Workforce Development for six years, previously serving in legislative, Human Resources, and project management roles. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Linguistics from Truman State University.
