Leslie recently accepted the position of Director of Federal Programs and will fully move to this role effective September 1, 2020. She began working with the Department of Mental Health in 2006 as a Clinical Casework Assistant with Marshall Habilitation Center. She rejoined the state as a Program Specialist with Licensure & Certification in 2011, and became a member of the Federal Programs team in 2016. She recently completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification with The Ohio State University. Leslie holds a Master of Science in Social Gerontology from University of Central Missouri.
