As the Permit Services & Revenue Manager, Nathan administers the sale and distribution of hunting, fishing, commercial and confined wildlife permits, and oversees revenue collection for the agency. Nathan and his team are dedicated to improving the customer experience by identifying and implementing streamlined processes and improved system functionality the benefits both internal and external users. Nathan has been with the Department for 15 years, and the state for a total of 18 years. In addition to his daily responsibilities, he is also actively involved in the agency’s organizational restructure and strategic planning efforts, performance management program design and implementation, and process improvement initiative. Nathan holds a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources and General Management from William Woods University, and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
