As the Permit Services Supervisor, Nathan administers the sale and distribution of hunting, fishing, commercial and confined wildlife, and wildlife collector permits. Nathan and his team are dedicated to improving the customer experience by identifying and implementing streamlined processes and improved system functionality the benefits both internal and external users. Nathan has been with the Department of Conservation since 2005, and in state government since 2001. In addition to his daily responsibilities, he is also actively involved in the agency’s organizational restructure and strategic planning efforts, performance management program design and implementation, budget evaluation, and process improvement initiative. Nathan holds a Master of Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resources and General Management from William Woods University and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
