Ashley serves as the MO HealthNet Division’s Fiscal Liaison in Jefferson City, she has been with this Division since 2006. In her current role, she is highly involved in the development, planning and the management of the multibillion dollar Missouri Medicaid program. Ashley has held several key positions within the Division giving her extensive policy and program knowledge. She recently completed the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training/certification with The Ohio State University. Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Lincoln University.
