Leshia manages the operations of the Compliance Audit Department, which is responsible for auditing the 13 licensed riverboat casinos in the state of Missouri. In this role, she supervises a team comprised of 17 Auditors and Audit Supervisors in Jefferson City, Kansas City, and St. Louis. She began her professional career in 2000 as a Clerk Typist and has been promoted through the ranks in various departments at the Missouri Gaming Commission to her current position. She graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Accounting, and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree from William Woods University.
