Kelly serves the Department of Mental Health as a Vendor Service Coordinator within the Division of Developmental Disabilities for the St. Louis Regional Office. She manages the contracts and provides technical assistance to DMH contracted vendors that are providing the much needed support services to individuals with developmental disabilities living in the community. She ensures that vendors understand their roles and responsibilities as it relates to the Missouri Home and Community Based Waivers as well as their contract with the Department of Mental Health. Kelly has been with the Department for 14 years, and during her tenure, she has previously served the Department as a Community Living Coordinator, Case Management Supervisor, and Support Coordinator. Kelly holds a Masters of Social Work from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
