As the Chief Performance Improvement Officer for the Western Region of the Division of Behavioral Health, Lisa leads change at the two forensic psychiatric hospitals, Center for Behavioral Medicine in Kansas City and Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center in St. Joseph. Lisa and her teams are dedicated to improving the operations of the hospitals and the way care, treatment and services are delivered to patients. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Missouri and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and a Certified Joint Commission Professional.
