Audrey serves the Missouri Department of Conservation by leading strategic planning, customer experience management, and continuous improvement efforts. She has been with the Department for 11 years, including two years coordinating on environmental policy issues and six years as a field forester. Audrey holds a Master of Environmental Economics and Policy and a Master of Forestry from Duke University.
