Holly is the Grants Program Coordinator for the Missouri State Highway Patrol. In her role, Holly directs activities of the Grants Program Office, serves as administrator of the Patrol’s in-house Grant Management System software application, and oversees all grantrelated activities for the agency. Holly has been employed with the Patrol since 2001, where she has served in other program management roles. Holly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College.
