Dan is General Counsel of the Department. In that role, he supervises a staff of over 30 attorneys and 60 staff members and investigators. While he was in MLA, Dan was Managing Counsel for the Department of Revenue. In that role, he advised the Department on all personnel matters, reviewed and drafted contracts, answered Sunshine Law requests, and helped coordinate litigation.
