Bianca Farr

Bianca is the Director of Employment Services for the Department of Mental Health, Division of Behavioral Health. In this role, she provides oversight to community behavioral health centers engaging in the evidence based practice of Individual Placement and Support. She also manages special projects promoting the importance of supported employment and financial well-being of individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Bianca graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in social work.
