Bio

Stacey is a Project Manager for Alternative Project Delivery in the St. Louis District of the Missouri Department of Transportation. She manages projects and advises project teams statewide while promoting the use of alternative project delivery methods and innovative transportation solutions. She earned her Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Missouri and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri.
