David manages the employee development team at the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). In this role, he guides and empowers his team to deliver high-quality training and development opportunities to all MoDOT’s employees so that they are able to effectively do their job. His professional goal is to help create a work environment where people come to work engaged and ready to perform their best.
