Darcy is the director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources’ Air Pollution Control Program. Darcy joined the Department in 2005 and has since held various positions within the Air Program focusing on compliance/enforcement and air quality planning issues. Darcy holds a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
