While in Leadership Academy, Camille was an Insurance Compliance Specialist, supporting the Life and Health Product Filing Unit. She provided guidance and training to colleagues, evaluated intricate product filings and ensured compliance with state and federal laws impacting the insurance market. In 2019, she accepted the role of Life and Health Supervisor, putting the knowledge and skills learned into implementation. After the reorganization and combining of the Life and Health team with the Property and Casualty team in 2021, Camille accepted the role of Manager over these two teams. Her role includes many typical responsibilities of a manager but also includes participation in a variety of national groups and committees. Camille has been an appointed council member of the Missouri Assistive Technology Advisory Council, which provides a range of serves and support to Missourians with disabilities. Her professional development includes a vast number of insurance focused education and leadership training. Camille also created an Events Planning and Inclusion Committee for her Division. The Committee organizes and hosts a variety of opportunities for the Division to collaborate, learn and grow as a team.
