Shanna joined the Department of Health and Senior Services in early 2020 and is currently the Informatics Manager at the Missouri State Public Health Laboratory (MSPHL), where she is responsible for overseeing the daily administration and operations of the MSPHL's Laboratory Information Management Systems and the demographic data entry teams. Shanna works closely with ITSD to provide agency oversight and management of the MSPHL's various systems, projects, and data modernization initiatives. Shanna holds a bachelor's degree in Health Services Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
