Jennifer is a Human Resources Manager with the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations (DOLIR). She oversees payroll processing, position review, the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and policy development and interpretation. Jennifer also serves as the Department's Distributed Work Coordinator and is on the DOLIR Building Security team. Before her service with DOLIR, she held multiple positions with the Department of Natural Resources for 14+ years, including workplace investigations, civil rights compliance, and performance management. Jennifer is also trained in Investigative Interviewing and Mediation.
