Bio

Jessica joined the Department of Revenue in 2015 and is currently an Administrative Manager within the Department of Revenue, Motor Vehicle Bureau. In her current role, she oversees three sections within the Motor Vehicle Bureau that specialize in issuing certificates of titles, registration, and disabled placards for motor vehicles, marines, all-terrain vehicles, and trailers. She has held several frontline positions and a supervisor position in the Motor Vehicle Bureau. She is certified in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt and Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Columbia College.
