Bio

Francis currently serves the state of Missouri as an Assistant Chief Nurse Executive at the Center for Behavioral Medicine in Kansas City. Before being promoted to his current position, Francis worked as a psych nurse, charge nurse, and unit manager. Prior to joining the State of Missouri Francis served in the Missouri Army National Guard, joining in 2001, shortly after 9/11. I served 8 years in the military as a medic and pharmacy sergeant. His experiences in the US military made him better as he became more disciplined and divisive in decision-making. His passion for psychiatric nursing is born from a desire to assist vulnerable individuals in attaining possible health and independence through education management and support.
