Bio

Lynn joined the Department of Natural Resources team in March of 2000. She is currently the Director of the Environmental Services Program in the Division of Environmental Quality, where she oversees sections tasked with monitoring, quality assurance/quality control, and laboratory analysis in the areas of air, water (wastewater and public drinking water), hazardous waste and environmental emergency response. Lynn began her career with the Environmental Services Program as a chemist in the Chemical Analysis Section before moving to the Water Quality Monitoring Section, where she worked in the field and served as a section manager. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Chemistry from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar, MO.
