Bio

Lynn has been in state government for over 14 years. She worked six and a half years at the Department of Revenue before venturing to the private sector, where she worked in medical billing and office management. Seven and a half years ago, she returned to state government at the MO Department of Labor, Division of Employment Security. In her role, Lynn supervises a team responsible for detecting improper payments made to recipients who were not eligible. This ensures employers do not bear undue costs in funding the Unemployment Insurance program. The purchasing power retained because of this program acts as a stabilizer in times of economic downturn, benefiting Missouri workers, employers, and the economy.
