Amanda has worked for the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations for nine years under the Division of Labor Standards and Workers' Compensation. Amanda was a Health & Safety Analyst for the Missouri Workers' Safety Program (MWSP) for four years before being promoted to Program Manager in 2018. In this role, Amanda works with employees, employers, workers' compensation insurance companies, healthcare providers, and safety professionals to improve workplace safety conditions across Missouri. She has led multiple Department-level strategic initiatives and is a member of DOLIR's OpEx team. Amanda has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Safety Management and a Master of Science Degree in Occupational Safety Management, both from the University of Central Missouri. Amanda is also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and has been a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) since 2012.
