Claire serves as Manager of the Engineering Analysis Department of the Missouri Public Service Commission. Claire manages a team of interdisciplinary engineers who make recommendations to the Public Service Commission in the form of expert testimony on issues affecting the utility industry. Prior to joining the Public Service Commission, she worked in the environmental consulting industry. She graduated from the University of Rolla with a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Missouri.
