Millie Stanfield joined the Office of Administration team in March of 2025 after 3.5 years with the Department of Corrections. Millie is the OA Operational Excellence Lead, where she focuses on utilizing continuous improvement methodologies to ensure the OA team is making data-informed decisions. Her favorite parts of her work include facilitating process mapping activities, helping team members find innovative ways to perform their work, and helping drive excellent customer service for the agency. Millie has obtained her Lean Six Sigma Master Black and Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications.
