Ryan joined the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) in 2013 and currently serves as Administrator of Motor Carrier Services – Safety and Compliance. In this role, he provides statewide oversight of commercial motor vehicle safety and regulatory compliance programs. He is also responsible for the development, administration, and ongoing management of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program (MCSAP) grant. Prior to joining MoDOT, Ryan owned and operated a State Farm Insurance agency in Frederick, Colorado. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Science.
