Bio

Rachel serves the State of Missouri as the Financial Services Manager for MoDOT’s Central District, where she supervises a team of dedicated and talented individuals who carry out the district’s accounting, payroll, and budgeting activities. Rachel joined the MoDOT team in 2022 after more than twenty years in the private sector. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Psychology from Central Methodist University, her career in accounting, HR, and business operations spanned various industries, including radio, construction, and technology, ten years of which were in Colorado. In 2015, her native roots brought her back home to Missouri.
