Kevyn joined the Department of Conservation (MDC) in 2016 and currently serves as Wildlife Programs Coordinator. In this role, he collaborates with MDC staff and local, state, federal, and NGO partners to provide managed deer, turkey, waterfowl, and dove hunting opportunities. Kevyn also works to enhance MDC’s R3 efforts and outdoor recreation opportunities. Prior to entering this role, Kevyn served as MDC’s Private Lands Deer Biologist where he oversaw the Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP) and assisted Missouri landowners with meeting their deer management objectives. Kevyn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Truman State University and a Master of Science degree in Wildlife Sciences from Auburn University.
