After serving as a Probation & Parole Officer with the Missouri Department of Corrections, Justin joined the Missouri Department of Conservation as an Outdoor Skills Specialist in 2017 and was promoted to his current role of Hunter Education & Shooting Range Coordinator in 2019. In this role, Justin manages public outdoor education curriculum development, program policies and procedures, volunteer and event management, federal grant administration, and both staffed and unstaffed shooting range operations. He also serves on the International Hunter Education Association Board of Directors. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from Columbia College.
