Rene’ Brinkman joined the Department of Social Services in 2007. She currently serves as the Children’s Division Older Youth Program Coordinator, where she oversees the ROYALS unit, Older Youth Transition Specialists, Chafee, Transitional Living Programs, State Youth Advisory Board, the Missouri Youth Leadership Academy, Child Advocacy Day, and statewide older youth policies and procedures. Throughout her career, Rene’ has served as an Alternative Care Case Manager, Alternative Care supervisor, Program Manager, and ROYALS supervisor. Rene’ holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Education and a Master of Arts degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Maryville University – St. Louis.
