Candace joined the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations in 2010. She serves as the Chief of Unemployment Insurance Integrity for the Division of Employment Security. Candace leads a team of dedicated individuals who are responsible for addressing fraud, reducing improper payments, and recovering established overpayments. Candace helps to prepare legislative responses for the Division and assists with the budget process. Candace received her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and a Minor in Leadership Studies from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia.
