DeAnna Duff serves as the Constituent Services Manager, within the Office of the Director for the Missouri Department of Corrections. In this role, she oversees the intake, review and resolution of inquiries from families, legislators, attorneys, fellow government agencies and other external stakeholders, as well as incarcerated Missourians. Duff began her professional career with the Missouri Department of Corrections in 2002 as an institutional parole officer and since has served in multiple roles with the Division of Probation & Parole and Central Transfer Authority. Duff channels her public-service background and multi divisional DOC experience into ensuring that constituent concerns are addressed and resolved in an accurate, timely and efficient manner. Duff holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Southeast Missouri State University and a master’s degree in criminal justice from Grambling State University.
