Rod Keown serves as a DMH Way Facilitator with the Missouri Department of Mental Health, where building genuine connections and making learning fun, real, and relevant are central to his approach. As a Facilitator, Rod takes his time to facilitate DMH Way content, supporting locations across the department in teaching and embedding DMH Way practices and principles. Serving within the DMH Way is, for Rod, a call to action and an opportunity to help strengthen working relationships, increase engagement, and foster fulfillment DMH-wide. Rod holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and Business Management, and a certificate in Organizational Behavior Management, blending creativity, leadership, and practical application to create impactful learning experiences.
