Amy joined the Office of Administration in 2008, serving in various positions within OA, after working several years in the private sector. She currently serves as Assistant Director in the Division of Purchasing and is responsible for the Division’s budget and fiscal note preparation, oversight of the Division’s human resource operations, and managing the services buying and strategic planning and operations teams. This includes overseeing the competitive procurement process to ensure state agencies are able to obtain the products and services needed to support the citizens of Missouri. Amy also currently serves on the Missouri Association of Public Purchasing (MAPP) Board as the Resolutions, By-Laws, and Ethics Chair. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and minor in Economics from Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri.
