Bio

Scott joined the State workforce in September 2016 and has been a Department of Transportation team member since 2023. He is currently the General Services Manager of Facilities in Central Office General Services, where he oversees the statewide operation and budget for MoDOT’s facilities. Before joining MoDOT, Scott worked as a Facility Operations Manager for the Office of Administration, Facilities Management, Design and Construction and a Project Manager for the Missouri Department of Correction in their Construction Unit. Before his State career began, he was the Electrical Superintendent for a local municipality. Scott received a Journeyman Lineman certificate through the Missouri Public Utility Alliance and the US Department of Labor and holds certificates in Building and Construction trades.
