Lucas McClamroch joined the Missouri Department of Conservation in 2012 and serves as a Protection Branch Lieutenant and district supervisor for the Northwest Region Chillicothe District. He leads and oversees six full-time, Class A POST-certified Conservation Agents, providing clear direction, accountability, and mentorship to ensure effective field operations. Lieutenant McClamroch coordinates and delivers critical annual training, including Defensive Tactics/Use of Force, firearms instruction, and Conservation Agent Training Academy coursework, while providing daily administrative leadership to support professionalism, readiness, and adherence to department standards.
