Bryson serves as the Compensation Coordinator at the Missouri Department of Conservation, where he focuses on compensation programs, position classification, and pay strategy. He joined the State of Missouri in 2015 and has since worked in several Human Resources roles across MoDOT and MDC. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resource Management.
