Sebastian started at the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) as an intern in January of 2014. Through the last ten years, Sebastian has held various roles at SEMA and currently serves as the Deputy Chief of the Response Division. The Response Division oversees all operations that SEMA is engaged in, including daily operations, disaster response, disaster recovery, large-scale event monitoring, and support of other DPS agencies. Sebastian has a Bachelor of Health Science from the University of Missouri.
