Cindy’s career is defined by service and impact. Since beginning with the Missouri State Highway Patrol in 2007 as a part-time Criminal Intelligence Analyst, she has grown into the civilian Assistant Director, empowering a team of Tactical Intelligence Analysts who provide around-the-clock support to public safety agencies and private sector partners. Her perspective is informed by wide-ranging experience in local government—serving the City of Owensville as Communications Supervisor, Court Administrator, and Police Clerk—and in healthcare as the Medical Office Coordinator at Vienna Medical Clinic. Cindy holds an Associate of Applied Science from State Tech and multiple leadership certifications, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth. A U.S. Army Reserve veteran honorably discharged in 1994, she leads with integrity, builds resilient partnerships, and helps others rise to meet Missouri’s mission.
