Katie serves as the Chief Legal Counsel to the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. She joined the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations in 2021 and was promoted to the Commission in 2025, where she assists and advises the Commissioners in legal matters. Previously, Katie served as the General Counsel to the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Quincy University and a Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
