Haley Campbell serves as the Radiological Emergency Preparedness (REP) Manager at the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) where she directs the planning and administration of the Missouri REP program. Haley’s passion for public service and CBRNE response has led to over a decade of experience, beginning as a Bioenvironmental Engineer in the United States Air Force. She also worked as the Mitigation and Recovery Specialist for Boone County, a Safety Specialist at the Missouri Department of Transportation, and as the Deputy State Hazard Mitigation Officer for SEMA. Haley has a Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management, is a Certified Floodplain Manager, a Certified Project Management Professional, and volunteers as an EMT and Hazmat Technician in Cole County.
