Stephen Hall serves as the Director of the Missouri Department of Natural Resources Air Pollution Control Program. He joined the department in 2001 and oversees a dedicated team of environmental and administrative professionals whose duties range from permit writing and rulemaking to evaluating air emissions and helping stakeholders comply with the federal Clean Air Act and Missouri Air Conservation Law. Before joining the State of Missouri, he taught high school Algebra I and Physics and worked as a technical sales manager for a high-tech optical coatings and calibration systems company. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from Franklin Pierce College - Rindge NH, with undergraduate double majors in Physics and Mathematics from Gordon College - Wenham, MA.
