Ségolène joined the Department of Natural Resources in 2022 as a member of the General Counsel's Office, where she advised the Air Pollution Control Program. She is currently the department’s policy advisor where she helps the executive team shape department policy, coordinates the fiscal note process, and resolves and tracks key issues that may impact the agency. Prior to working for the department, Ségolène was involved with several environmental organizations and made a few detours in family law, then contract law with an international software company. She received her master’s degree in environment and law from the University of Rennes, France, and holds a law degree from Washington University School of Law.
