Maddie serves as the Budget Director for the Department of Health and Senior Services where she oversees the coordination of the legislative budget process for the department. Maddie’s state service background has largely centered on public health budgeting as she began as an analyst on the team she now oversees. In the interim, she served as an analyst for the Office of Administration, Division of Budget and Planning before becoming the Operations Director for the Department’s Division of Community and Public Health. An alumnus of State Fair Community College and Columbia College, Maddie holds her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting.
