Bio

Tyler Trusk serves as the Deputy Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development’s Business Opportunities Division. Since joining the department in 2019, he has helped lead efforts to administer various incentive programs supporting businesses and economic development across the state. His work focuses on operational excellence, performance accountability, and effective stewardship of public resources. A native of Peculiar, Missouri, Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and a minor in Statistical Methods from Truman State University. He is Six Sigma Black Belt certified, a graduate of Missouri Way training, a 2024 Show Me Challenge finalist, and the 2025 State of Missouri Iron Viz winner.
