John joined the Missouri Public Service Commission in 2011. He is currently the Assistant General Counsel-Regulation in the Office of the General Counsel, where he represents the Commission in federal energy regulatory matters. Before joining the Missouri PSC, he worked as a journalist and freelance writer. John holds bachelor’s degrees in journalism and literature from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He graduated from MU’s School of Law in 2009.
